well stocked shop - Edit
This is my favourite small whole food shop in West Wales and I try to visit when I am in the town. Their stock of vegan and vegetarian staples, herbs, spices, household and personal care products is the widest I have come across in the area and I've often found items in here that I've not been able to find elsewhere. Service is very friendly and helpful and its also worth knowing that they are just across the road from a lovely vegetarian and vegan cafe.

An Aladdin's Cave - Edit
Huge range of ingredients, store cupboard staples, herbs, spices, soaps, candles, makeup... a wonderful shop. Could have spent a fortune! Lovely staff and a real treat to find. Highly recommend.

Wow, what a shop...if I need a way out there ingredient for a recipe, I seem to always find it here. Small shop but large choice, environmentally friendly packaging. Definitely recommend this place 😃

great independent whole food shop with cafe - Edit
small, packed shop with wide variety of goods, plus local organic veg as available. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgable staff. The adjacent cafe has a limited menu, but the food is good, reasonably priced and all vegetarian or vegan.
