Big portions of inexpensive, tasty vegan dishes in the middle of nowhere

For those passing through Muang Hiam, this is a great stop. We went back for every meal as the portions are big and the food is simple but delicious. We tried the vegetarian stir fry, morning glory (greens with garlic and chili), and veggie fried rice. All really tasty and with lots of vegetables.

It also opens early (8:00 officially but they were cooking at 7:45) and serve real, strong coffee.

Pros: Inexpensive , Good portion sizes, Tasty, full of veggies
