Great food, great experience - Edit
The dinner here was the best vegetarian we had during our stay on sardinia. A four-course vegetarian menue where "primi" and "secondi" piatti (can be ordered seperately) are vegan for 30€ which is especially in Italy really good.

I would have given 5 stars because such a vegetarian/vegan Option in an urban area like this is pretty unlikely but since it is not a pure vegetarian/vegan Restaurant the highest ranking to be given is 4 stars. For me it is a five star!

Great experience! - Edit
We came across this place by chance, but ended up with a great food and hospitality experience! The current menu offered both a vegan "primo" and "secondo" - chickpea soup and chickpea burger patties. The waiter understood the needs of vegans thoroughly, brought a vegan friendly amuse bouche and suggested a bottle of wine w/o animal derived filtration. The food was of high quality, the service felt like in a high end restaurant, but prices are moderate. Highly recommended!
