Tasty burgers with a homemade feel - Edit
We really liked our meal from Rincón Veganx, however I was disappointed to learn that the Big Burger other reviewers have raved about is no longer available. I had the chili burger which was delicious (unfortunately we didn’t take good pictures). It was a little hard to find with no sign, but now we know it is easily identifiable from the big mural of an old women painted on door facing the street.

They have a couple of seats so you can dine in and it's worth the trip! So good. Burgers are massive and saucy and delicious! Also had a hotdog and tacos, everything was amazing!

Todo muy rico, no tenían todo lo del menú pero nos dijeron que si podíamos pedir con tiempo lo hacen. Y todo lo que si tenían muy rico. Tenían hamburguesa, hotdog, pastas y ensaladas. Probamos la hamburguesa, y es de las mejores que he probado, muy bien tamaño y a buen precio. El hot dog igual lo probamos y muy muy rico!

best vegan burgers EVER!! - Edit
We recently traveled to Merida and as always brought Happy Cow along! We cannot express how happy we are that we found this amazing take out!!!! We walked in speaking barely any Spanish and the gentleman at the counter was more than patient with us. He suggested the burgers to us and we are forever grateful! Oh my!!! The Big Burger is no lie!!! It was huge!!!! Our family devoured our meals and left very full. We wish there was a Vincon Vegana in New Hampshire. If you make the trip to Merida take the time to visit this fabulous take out restaurant!

Best Vegan Fast Food - Edit
Small restaurant run out of a house in residential area. Make sure you call before visiting as they are not very strict on times/days, also certain foods could not be available if you do not let them know in advance.

I never regret being vegan and have tried a fair amount of good burgers and other fast/junk foods but couldn't believe my eyes when I saw their huge double burger! Just massive, not even pressing it hard I was able to fit it in my mouth and had to alternate biting the top and bottom of it. Fresh quality bred, veggies, homemade melted cheese sauce and very firm burgers! Was there with my cousin who is a meat eater and he was also impressed. This is exactly what Vegans need to show the world, Veganism is not a diet and as Vegans we do not miss out on anything, Rincon Vegano is the proof of it. Tried their pizza and other foods/juices as well (on other days) all amazing. Definitely my first stop on my next visit to Merida... actually I live 3 hours away and it will be one of the main reasons for me to go there!

La mejor hamburguesa vegana y pizza - Edit
Todo preparado al momento, la "carne" es de verduras con semillas y es una maravilla su textura y consistencia me recordó al chicharrón prensado, los sabores del preparado a la leña con una condimentado gourmet prácticamente explota en tu boca, acompañe a mi chica a Merida principalmente para comer esta hamburguesa y valió la pena.
