Read moreThey only serve breakfast menu until 12 or 11 (not quite sure about the time). Vegan options are quite limited on breakfast menu: two types of porridge and vegan sandwich with hummus. I was there in the morning and I tried porridge which was good. Wish I tried something from the main menu.
The place is close to old town.

I've been basically having all my meals at Taraca in my 5 days in Kotor. Could not find a better place to spend not only my eating time but also my chill out time on the terrace, far away from the tourist crowd in the old town.

Probably the best place for vegans in Kotor. Really close to the Old Town, and half the price of the restaurants inside, with more vegan options. The food is quite nice and fresh. The Vietnamese food is bland compared to in bigger countries, but that's to be expected.
