In operation and still great ! - Edit
FEBRUARY 2023 • The doors were closed when I came by on a Wednesday nite around 7pm. I shall try to walk back here to double check. Restaurant next door, Tintaya Cafe, had a good offer of vegan and non-vegan hamburguesas and Sandwiches with nice jugos de fruta.

Queríamos comer algo saludable, y El Edén estaba cerca de nosotros. Nos dieron el "menú del día" que por el precio era muy razonable. El único problema es que no se molestaron en calentarlo. Así que fue poco cálido. Tuvimos que pedirle al servidor que lo recalentara.

Good, basic food - Edit
I've eaten here 3 times so far and I would say that the food is basic but good. I am here during the Covid-19 quarantine so currently the restaurant only offers take out. When they reopen for regular business there appears to be seating inside for about 20 people. The meal of the day costs 6 soles and includes a soup plus the main plate (white rice and a quinoa vegetable mixture, for example). They charge 1 or 2 soles extra for takeout containers, so bring your own if possible. The owner speaks English. You can get on their WhatsApp list and they'll send you a daily message about the meal of the day.

I ordered the menu del dia, and for only s./3.50 (about $1.50) had a really delicious lentil stew with yuca and a plate of beans and rice. The menu didn't include a beverage, but they do have juices and other drinks available.
