Poor and only one non-marked vegan option - Edit
I came because of some reviews on Happy Cow but what I found was that no option was marked as vegan in the menu, there was no vegan starter at all and all main courses were meat-based.
Read moreWhen I asked for any vegan options, the waitress told me everything could be veganized but it was not true. She did not really know the difference between vegan and vegetarian. In the end, the only option she could offer us was a vegetable soup with some chickpeas on it.
I would not recommend this place. I’d try to find another place in Olite but I’m afraid there are not many options.

Traditional Navarran cuisine - Edit
Vegan options clearly indicated in the set menu. I had the gazpacho soup for starters and the pochas (white bean stew) and a lemon sorbet. The pochas were absolutely delicious.

Delicious find in a small town - Edit
Very nice find in an area without fully vegan restaurants. Very nice servers who understand what vegan is. Delicious options that are listed as vegan and other that can be made vegan. I went on a Sunday and had the Sunday menu. I had wonderful fresh white asparagus lightly cooked with vinaigrette then a beautiful traditional bean dish with peppers and for dessert a “mojito” ice. The menu came with bread and water. It was really nice!
