Wij kozen voor het vegan 4-gangen diner met bijbehorende alcoholische dranken. Zeer sympathiek dat bij de flessen wijn het vegan logo getoond werd. Erg mooi opgemaakte bordjes maar een tweetal gerechten wel erg veilig en weinig verrassend qua smaken. (Nog?) niet vergelijkbaar met een Kasvio of Kop vh Land in Nederland, maar zeker garant voor een fijne avond.

Had the 6 course tasting menu on a Saturday evening. The space is beautiful, although I do wish they would play better music (rather than sappy covers of semi recent pop songs).
Read moreYou can pick from an a la carte or tasting menu. The tasting menu is either plant based or non, and you can have 3-6 courses depending on when you are dining, with or without drinks pairing. The whole table must choose between a la carte or tasting, but you do not all have to choose plant based. The drinks are all labelled where vegan.
The food was very well presented and delicious. The courses were very similar between the plant based and non menus, with the majority same vegetables used, except dessert which was quite different. I was shown the vegan labels on all the wines I was served (2 drinks pairings were non alcoholic home made ferments).
Really recommend this for a nice evening out - it will take up almost all of your evening, and is not a cheap option, but for the quality of food and thoughtfulness of the dishes and use of produce it's well worth it (especially considering the price for other meals in Bruges).

Last time we visited was 10 yrs ago, when we could get a vegan menu on request. Now they have a full vegan menu standardly available!
We had the 4 course menu (53€) and it was amazing! Loved all the dishes. Varied, original, nice flavours. The ingredients were mentioned before each course, but too much to temember! Nicely presented too. 53€ is really, really good value for money here!
Very friendly service, and a lovely setting (old hisorical building). Very relaxed. Great accoustics too, good to have a vonversation.
Entrance is accessible. Didnt see an accessible toilet.
4stars bc Happy Cow does not allow 5 stars for non vegan restaurants.

Read moreMore chefs should take the initiative of Patrick Devos and his wife Christine and dare to serve 100% plant based menu next to their non vegan menu. I would like to give 5 stars but happy cow does not allow as this restaurant is not vegan only.
