The place is inside the museum.
Read moreThe food was decent, I had the soup of the day, which was asparagus. The bread served with it was a bit dry, and there was no butter for it.
My friends had a sallad and cheese sandwich- which they said was really good.
The menu is in Dutch, but our waiter translated it for us

Had the polenta salad last summer, while sitting on the terrace with a beautiful woman, so of course it was great.
Read moreWatch out for the sun, as the terrace is not shaded and in full sun during lunch hours.

Winning combination restaurant-garden-museum - Edit
Free entrance to a beautiful garden (botanic garden) and to two houses with sculpture and the bonus is a vegetarian restaurant with several vegan options. Only the leaflet about the sculptures costs 1 euro. We had lunch here and loved it. Will definitely come back to see other flowers blossom!

Amazing vegan salad—a work of art and super tasty. Dine while looking out at the beautiful arboretum. Then go stroll through it. Also check out the great sculptures in Het Depot, where this restaurant is located. On a 5 Star scale, I’d give this place a 6👍👍👍

Modern furnished vegatarian lunchroom in a beautiful botanic garden. Menu offers clearly indicated vegan options. They pride themselves with the use of forgotten vegetables. Unfortunately no vegan dessert.
