Fish restaurant with a great vegan rice dish (arroz con coco)

Actually a fish restaurant but when you ask for a vegetarian dish (which also means vegan I think in Panamá) they will make an AMAZING "arroz con coco" for you. It's the best rice dish I've ever eaten!! #Veganuary
