sadly, Rasta Carl has sold his business and moved on. As of last April, it had become a Thai place and no one there knew where Carl could be found. they thought he'd quit the restaurant game, but were not sure. I asked around, and no other locals knew where he could be found. I'm happy for the great meals enjoyed there and the interaction with Carl. Great memories, great meals, good times.
