Vegan friendly - Edit
I popped in to have a look, I was hoping to find some TVP but sadly they don't sell that. They do however sell lots of the usual suspects you can find in a refill shop. I was tempted to buy the Faith in Nature hair mask, but I already have far too many to use up at home so I reluctantly put it back....next time.

I left empty handed as there wasn't anything I particularly needed.
It looked very clean and well organised, and everything seemed like it could be suitable for vegans apart from one jar containing chocolate items that was clearly marked 'contains milk'.
I plan to go back at some point when I need some household cleaners and more shampoo.
Don't worry if you forget to bring your own bottles, jars etc as there was a basket full of empties at the door.
