Great brewery when eating with non-vegan friends

I've been going to Red Rock for many years. While it serves meat, it has a nice selection of vegan options, and is a great place to eat with non-vegan family and friends. I especially appreciate that the menu is clearly marked, and servers seem educated. It has started offering a beyond meat burger of the day, too.
