I came here with non-veg friends who all enjoyed their food, but I had the tofu saltado, and it was flavorful and filling. I highly recommend this place for a blended group.

Good food, high carbs, questionable business - Edit
The food is delicious, but be prepared to consume a lot of high glycemic carbs. You can avoid it if you’re careful with the menu but it’s not easy.
Read moreI probably shouldn’t even put this in here but I’ve heard from employees that they don’t treat their non family employees very well. I have no evidence to support this claim. Don’t let it stop you from going here but be aware.

Flavorful Food - Edit
I had a tofu salad that had a delicious corn salsa, roasted corn, quinoa, grilled veggies and black beans on a bed of greens. So much flavor in the tofu, grilled veggies and salsa I didn’t even use my dressing on the side. It went well with the texture of the crunchy greens and roasted corn. Loved my meal here, will definitely add to my list of go-to places to have a quick and nourishing meal.

I tried this restaurant based on positive reviews and they were spot on! There is a huge "vegans welcome" mural and they mean it! Before I even said I am vegan they said they have vegan and vegetarian options! They were extremely helpful and explained exactly what was being put in my food and to make sure I knew it was all vegan (which I thought was cool of them). The Saltado Bowl was unexpectedly flavorful and delicious! I am going to be a regular at this place for sure!!!!

I've eaten here twice now. I've had the veggie salad and tofu tacos. Both were really delicious!! Just ask the cashier to make it vegan and they know exactly what to do!
