Delightful Neighborhood Eatery

This casual cafe with a warm vibe offers amazing acai bowls. You can add on extras, such as almond butter and coconut. Highly recommended!

Try the zucchini noodles with avocado pesto!

Great options! They do serve their açai bowls with honey just an FYI, but The food was really good. I had the veggie style zucchini spaghetti with avocado pesto and I loved it so I would definitely recommend trying that.

Amazing!

This place was delicious. Small and cozy! offered all vegan options which is always great! I'll neef to come to Newport Rhode Island more often just so I can enjoy more of the food they have to offer!

Not all raw!

Their web page is under construction - seems like it's been a couple of years now. Anyhow... Raw Power is still here! The restaurant name is misleading - the do have cooked, hot and warm food in addition to raw offerings, juices and smoothies. On our last visit, we had the Curry Bowl - brown rice mixed with some vegetables and pineapple with a light curry sauce - it was quite good - would've loved to have seen some beans or tofu/tempeh mixed in as well. Nice to have vegan options in seafoody and touristy Newport.

Pros: Short walk from touristy area.

Cons: Honey

Finally, a 100% vegan place to eat in Newport!

A wonderful and much needed addition to Newport's restaurant scene. They have a lot of delicious raw juices and smoothies choices made fresh. The kitchen menu is fantastic and super creative. It includes breakfast choices such as acai bowls, granola and fresh fruits. They also offer a myriad of wraps, sandwiches, soups, salads, 'warrior bowls' and their must try raw zucchini spaghetti bowls with super tasty sauces. Everything is made fresh daily and in house. The accent is on healthy yet delicious food, most of the menu is gluten free. The ambience is inviting and casual. There is plenty of comfortable seating. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The portions are generous and prices are very affordable. Raw Power is ideally located at the beginning of Broadway, in the heart of town.

Pros: Delicious and healhy, Affordable, Nice atmosphere

Cons: No desserts or baked goods
