Restaurant portion closed January 2014. They are still teaching classes.

Amazing! - Edit

I absolutely love this place. I never thought eating raw could be so easy and satisfying. I recommend this restaurant to vegetarians, vegans, raw foodies, and even meat eaters! You will be pleasantly surprised. Everything is gluten-free and vegan. I suggest getting the Eggless Egg Salad. So good!
They sell dehydrated crackers and cookies to take home. They even have prepared lunch foods to just grab and go. Or, of course, you can eat lunch there. They also have dinner on Friday nights, and special Dinner and Movie Nights once a month. Denise, the chef, teaches classes regularly. She taught me how to use my dehydrator!
Eat at Raw Intentions! It's the best.

Pros: Gluten-Free, Vegan, Not too expensive

Cons: Not open for dinner most nights
