Lidia did an outstanding job by creating something new but all so wonderfully familiar. I ordered a 10in Snickers cake for my Bday. When I picked up the cake I was surprised how heavy it felt as the cake is raw vegan and is fairly dense. The cake was very well put together with light brown colored frosting and a dark chocolate silhouette. As for the taste. Wow! The frosting had a very smooth and semi-thick consistency and tasted of peanut butter and pure goodness. As for the chocolate coating on the cake it was a hard shell until it melted upon every bite. Lastly, the base of the cake consisted of crushed nuts and I got that rich chewy snickers feel. The whole cake was totally delicious and filling. My whole family loved it! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for that special cake.
