Ok, but the decor was a challange - Edit
A choice of 3 mains, chilli, curry or pizza. Also a vegan sharing nachos. Pretty good for choice from a national pub chain (Marstons).
Read moreBut the decor was a bit overwhelming for me to be honest. Had the usual pictures of cows, pics of meat cuts, how to sear meat, how to cook beef, etc etc. It was pretty much everywhere. But then when I went to the loo and there were 2 massive wooden "ear tags" on the walls, it just was really cringy! I guess the non vegan customers wouldn't really know what they are. They even had numbers on them. Not 269 though! But for a vegan, it was quite distasteful for sure.

Pros: Choice of 3 vegan dishes quite good.
Cons: Decor, lots of butchery references, , EAR TAG decor on the walls, seriously?

Two Vegan Meals - Edit
Service was not the best - no dedicated waiter, so waiters were getting confused at what stage we were at with meals. It is a dog-friendly restaurant, but staff did not seem interested in making the dogs feel welcomed (did not bring bowl of water with our drinks, and their meals came piping hot so had to wait 15-20 minutes for it to cool)!
Read moreHowever, everyone enjoyed the meal and day out! Vegan deserts were the best! Normally not a fan of jackfruit, but burger was lovely (would eat again). Nachos tasted good as well. BBQ cauliflower salad was very nice, very filling.
Overall, the meal was worth the visit!! Would definitely recommend a visit. But just a pity with the dog-friendliness situation (we were out for one of our girls 13th birthday - so it was a special day)!
P.S. she still had a jolly good time😄
Pros: Vegan Starters, Mains and Deserts available , Dogs able to have a meal and sit indoors/outdoors, Able to see more fluffy friends
Cons: Not dedicated waiter , Slow service , Dog-friendliness could be improved
