Fabulous views from courtyard garden in central Panicale, delicious food, great service

Hotel restaurant in the centre of Panicale. Eclectic and creative menu, which is still Umbrian. They have their own olive oil farm and may give you a tasting session if you ask for it. The location is beautiful, with stunning panoramic views from the garden terrace. The restaurant building has been beautifully renovated, modern but manages to maintain the spirit of the 1000 year town that surrounds it. Service was impeccable, the staff are very accommodating and the prices are reasonable.
