First time experience - Edit
Called ahead with questions before placing my order. Everything we ordered (takeout) was tasty and correct. Was pleased to see the Happy Cow sticker on the door. Looking forward to dining in next time.

Be very cautious about Butter (ghee) - Edit
I went here based on other reviews and even ordered the Roti with vegetable sauce - Does contain butter. I smelled it as soon as it arrived. I even asked before I ordered and they said no, then when I pushed more after it arrived the waitress said “just a little bit” She also said that they can not prepare it without any butter. For my entree I ordered the veggie red curry, again I asked multiple times if it contained ANY butter, ghee or any animal products at all and was assured that it did not. It was extremely rich and tasty and I swore it had butter in it so I asked another time. I know I seem paranoid but I really want to be sure, especially if I am to recommend a restaurant. Very nice people, clean but as with many Indian and South Pacific eateries the language barrier can sometimes cost you. I really wish they could make the Roti vegan as it looked and smelled delicious. P.S. if you are not a fan of Okra, make sure you tell them No Okra! They loaded my plate with it!!! I think Okra May be an animal so I am staying away from it.

Can get almost anything made with tofu instead of meat. Made to order spice level, too.

Very accommodating to vegans - Edit
Malaysian flavors are wonderful but can they be veganized? Yes. The papaya salad I ate did not include the unnecessary dried shrimp and was all the better for it! They make delicious homemade tofu and I had mine with fresh mango. Wonderful sweet and spicy combinations abound and are a real treat to any adventurous vegan vegabond. Did I mention the pineapple rice? It is literally served inside a half of a whole pineapple - and they will do the rice without shrimp and gladly extra-veggies, especially if you ask nicely.
