Does the job! - Edit
The broth isn't the most flavorful but the ramen here isn't bad. Still warm and comfortable and full of nice toppings and noodles (although you will get rice noodles instead of ramen noodles if you order vegan). This place won't blow you away but it's a great option in this area. Labeled vegan options, good hours, friendly staff. I would eat here again if I'm in the area.

Staff were so friendly and welcoming, and there were a pleasing number of vegan options. There are no vegan labels or indications on the menu, but our server was able to help us. The vegetarian-labeled ramens can be ordered vegan. The default noodles are not vegan, so vegan ramen comes with very fine, thin rice noodles. Not my favorite type of noodle, but not too bad.
Read moreThere were plenty of veggie toppings on our ramen, and they looked absolutely beautiful! Unfortunately, the broths were a let-down. Bland, lacking flavor, and poorly seasoned. Everyone in our group ordered a different ramen, and this was unfortunately the case with all of them.
I ordered the Dan Dan ramen, and there were clumps (I think it was the base of whatever they use to season/flavor the broth?) in the bottom of my bowl, which was unappetizing and could have been easily avoided by thoroughly whisking before serving.
There were a good amount of seemingly vegan non-ramen entrees on the menu, and one might have better luck trying one of those!
All in all, not unpalatable, just underwhelming. I probably wouldn’t visit again.

Delicious Ramen - Edit
I’ve been going here for years even pre-veganism and it’s hands down the best ramen I’ve ever had. When I went vegan I was delighted to hear that the offered vegan options. I get the vegan miso ramen quite often. They also have a cute little garden seating area in the back which is definitely a perk you don’t really find in this area. The owner is also always so friendly. I’m glad to see they have expanded their restaurant.

Great Vegan Ramen - Edit
Vegan Ramen (By request) is very good. Several soup base options and flavors are available. Vegan entree bowls are also very good.
Read moreRequest rice, buckwheat or udon noodles for ramen. Regular ramen now contains eggs...resulting from supplier change when expanding noodle options.

Good options for the area. - Edit
I’ve updated my review since Ramenesque has updated their menu. The second time I visit I’ll admit I found the food a bit bland. This definitely is not the best ramen you’ll ever have but there’s not a ton of options in the area so it does the job of filling you up and is satisfying on a cold day. Overall I would stop by again if I was in the area.

Some of the best ramen I’ve ever had - Edit
Dan Dan ramen hits my spicy spot right on. You have to ask for it to be made vegan but they are super friendly and accommodating and “get it”. Receipt will say vegetarian ramen but they have confirmed it is really vegan.

Great ramen! - Edit
I love Ramenesque! Me and my husband live in a neighboring town and are here frequently. We usually get the vegetarian ramen (which is vegan), and it's so good! I crave it every week. The veggie dumpling appetizer is delicious as well. My husband has tried some other vegan dishes and has been happy with all of them.
