Very good vegan ramen - Edit
3 choices of vegans ramens and one vegan bowl. Be carefull, you need to ask it vegan and they'll put mushroom insted of egg. The one we tryed (Tantan) was very tasty and the service was good. The place is really cute. For us, it could have been more spicy.

Ramen1974 is surely a decent option if you are looking for a warming and filling lunch or dinner. Their four vegetarian options (3x Ramen, 1x Bowl) can be made vegan without a problem - you will get Shiitake instead of half an egg. The prices are fair as well and the portion was more than enough!

I was here last summer during a day trip and tried the vegan miso ramen and there hasn't been a week since then where I was not thinking about that ramen at least once lmao. It was just soooo good. It is so hard to find good vegan ramen and I've tried quite a few different ones in different cities in different countries. This is the only ramen that has hold up to the best ramen I've ever eaten like 8 years ago in the US that I'm constantly chasing after haha. It's rich in flavor and has nice ingredients. Good portion size, too. I feel like a lot of vegan ramen have like a few pieces of corn, two tofu cubes and one sprout and that's about it.

Most places charge way too much for their three-piece-corn-20-minutes-cooked ramen. During lunch time, you can get ramen with a drink for 9€. Amazing. If I lived here, I'd visit this place regularly

Ich habe hier nicht zum ersten Mal gegessen und ganz bestimmt auch nicht zum letzten Mal. Die Ramen-Nudeln selber sind leider keine selbst-gemachten aber die Veganen Ramen mit Veganen Hack genauso wie die Veganen Gyosa esse ich hier immer wieder gerne.

I was happy to stumble upon Ramen1974, which has three clearly marked ramen options without meat. Usually the broth is animal based, but for those three options vegetable broth is used. They are all available as vegetarian with egg or as vegan with shiitake mushrooms. The ramen tasted very good, just as I remember them from my stay in Japan. The prices are in the middle range I'd say. It has very friendly staff and a nice interior in a Izakaya like style.

Das kleine Restaurant hat eine tolle Inneneinrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Mitarbeiter sind zuvorkommend und schnell. Die vegane Bowl war unglaublich lecker und sättigend. Wenn man die Auswahl an vegetarischen Ramen ohne Ei bestellt, wären auch diese vegan.

Read moreSo far I've only tried the one with shiitake mushrooms and I have to say that it was delicious, the miso broth was tasty and all the ingredients worked very well together. It was also a quite filling meal thanks to the noodles.
The local itself is also quite nice, decorated in what is pretended to be a similar style to a true japanese ramen place. I would definitely go back!
