Ramen is good, aubergine is better

Really nice vegan ramen, very tasty broth and good tofu, you also get a lot of food! Very filling and very refreshing.

The miso aubergine is a stand out. So so so good! Very savoury and tasty. Order this!!

I just wish they had more vegan options. Only one ramen dish and three sides. All amazing but could use more!

Pros: The miso aubergine is amazing , Really nice vegan ramen, Lovely staff

Tasty vegan Japanese food

There are several vegan options at Ramen Ya such as tofu ramen, vegan katsu curry and sides such as gyoza, tempura, miso soup etc. The food is tasty but everything is soooo heavily deep fried and a little dry with not enough sauce (imo). The heavily battered tempura veg came with no sauce and my katsu could have definitely benefited from more liquid

It’s pretty cheap and a small family restaurant which is always nice😄I was sat next to a cupboard which had the switches in and we had to keep pausing our meal so that a waiter could come over and press some buttons which ruined the vibe a bit!

Overall, tasty food but with some improvements could be a lot better
