Good ramen - Edit
This is a good spot to grab a quick bowl of ramen. Since it’s very close to Rutgers, it can get crowded depending on the time of the year. But if you’re lucky, it will be pretty chill.
Read moreThe menu has plenty of items marked “vegan”, e.g. ramen, steamed buns, bean curd, tempura, sushi, etc.
On my first visit, I had the miso ramen. The person I ordered with seemed fairly knowledgeable about what was vegan. Be sure to swap your noodles for the spinach noodles- the only kind without eggs!
The bowl was good size and quite tasty! The price was quite cheap too - I guess this place wouldn’t survive in the student-land otherwise lol.
I definitely would like to go back and try the other ramen and also sushi.
Pros: Cheap, Good portion size
Cons: Not 100% vegan
