One of the best fine dining option - Edit
I always go to Raimond when in Pärnu -- one of the best fine dining options in Estonia for vegans.
Read morePortions are small as expected in a fine dining so it's recommended to go for all 3 courses to get the full experience.
Would rate with 5 stars if the place was vegan or vegetarian.
Pros: Good service , Great food , Wine selection
Cons: Menu could change more frequently

Expensive options - Edit
The place has a menu that allows you to create your own meal out of different options, therefore making it both vegetarian and vegan friendly. However, we were both still hungry afterwards. I paid 9€ for a tiny salad and some sweet potato fries - felt like an appetizer to me but not a proper meal. My boyfriend paid 12€ for his vegetarian meal and was not as frustrated as me but not quite full either. It is close to the sea which makes it a convenient location. It is situated within a fancy hotel and is therefore very overpriced considering the fact that you cannot even see the ocean from the restaurant.
