Fabulous

Went to the milk market for a vegan lunch but all we could get was a galette which was tasty but wasn’t enough (it was Sunday). So we drove to killaloe just in time to buy lots of things from Quinoa & Kale and meet the lovely owner. Everything is vegan and wholefood. There was no oil in the hot dishes today (chilli and sweet potato stew). There were about 10 different salads and we filled a large container with a mixture each to eat later on our travels. She also has portioned pots of food to heat at home, so we got some of that too. Everything is homemade with care and attention and the owners are passionate about the health benefits of this way of eating. If only there were more places like this.

fantastic food

I love going to Quinoa and Kale Stand @ Farmers market . Love the salads and hot soups at this stand . Really friendly and informative. Yummy , delicious food ! I love to get 2 portions - one for now and one for next days lunch . Really decent portion sizes - do not miss this place !
