Upscale vegetarian restaurant - Edit
Huge and beautifully decorated restaurant in Vila Madalena. I was expecting more vegan options on the menu — the vegetarian ones seemed more interesting. In any case, there were still many creative options to choose from. The acarajé was really delicious, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The mushroom kebab was also amazing! Both are meant for sharing but it was not that easy to do so. The vegan dessert didn't impress me, but it wasn't bad. Overall, the attention to detail and the originality are pretty evident in their food. It's not cheap, but definitely worth it for the quality. I would come back to try other dishes from their menu.

Quincho does a great job of using quality ingredients, celebrating them with the right seasonings and flavors and creates new vegan and vegetarian dishes rather than mimicking meat dishes and replacing with plants. Everything was delicious. I would happily eat here everyday!
