Decent Option - Edit
Had the Vegan V2 burger and it was actually pretty good for an airport meal. Was made super quick (like 5-10 minutes) and looked pretty good. Came with heaps of chips and tomato sauce. Not super cheap but when are airport meals cheap. Overall not too bad, it’s a little bit plain but pretty decent.

No good for vegans - Edit
The current veggie burger is vegetarian not vegan, is not the v2 burger. Nothing else from their whole large selection of food is vegan. Asked about Bircher/Chia which would be easy options, but no.
