Great buffet but not everything is vegan - Edit
I go to this place quite often. 79k for a very wide range of savoury dishes plus deserts, soups and even hot pot. On this visit they had pizza. I asked the staff and they confirmed it contained regular cheese. That is probably a very rare exception but it's worth checking.

Not fully vegan - Edit
I went here and used google translate to confirm everything was vegan and she said they use margerine in many dishes and showed me the container- fyi if you are allergic. I did not eat here. Probably would be good for vegetarians.

So many options! - Edit
Strictly a buffet both times I went, 79k VND. There is a range of options, more than you could eat trying just a small sample of each... I tried! There are 3 rooms for seating, so it is unlikely you will come here and not get a table.

Great vegan buffet - Edit
This was a very cool and well-priced Megan buffet.
Read moreThey bring dishes out periodically and add to what is there to there’s constantly new things coming.
I like their policy that you pay for every kilo of food you leave on the plate, the phase encourage a waste for gluttony that I’ve always hated.
The owner was very kind, and the food was both traditional Vietnamese (hot pot, pho, noodles, spring rolls, etc) and some international (Spaghetti, sushi, dinner rolls, etc)
They also sell an assortment of Ramen , pho instant noodles, seeds, broth making spices, crackers, rice cakes, seaweed snacks, etc.
All vegan, very helpful when trying to shop for Airbnb’s. Translating which ones are ok in supermarkets can take forever, and most stores don’t carry vegan ones.
I bought tons of things, will be back for sure!
It was around $5 per person.
We are a family of six, been vegan for 10 years and globetrotting for three.
This is the kind of place you think of when saying on a budget or looking for variety with picky eaters.
Pros: Food variety, Location , Staff
Cons: Fluorescent lighys, it’s all over in Vietnam ;)

Big meal full of variety and goodness - Edit
Fun to make my own hotpot full of soup and fixings. Pace yourself here because your eyes will be crave bigger than your stomach can fit. Love the variety and tons of raw veggies and salads too and fruit. The lady manager speaks good english too. $4/ buffet, paradise for budgeting your funds. All the food is very good, a couple things delicious too.

Extensive buffet - Edit
We came 2 nights in a row and it was buffet both times. Lots of choice including make your own pho. Got to try lots of different things. Very helpful lady the first night who explained how it all worked. Great value for money. Banh mi stall outside during the day but unfortunately didn't get a chance to try it.

Nice and cheap - Edit
A pretty big menu, it's a buffet style restaurant sometimes. You have to write down your order in Vietnamese and hand it to the waitress. Food is good.

1000 choices!! And delicious 👌🏻 - Edit
The restaurant isn’t the most beautiful but the choices were amazing and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! You can get soups, fake meats, amazing salads and all kinds of fruit drinks/smoothies.
Read moreIn the way there there are 2 more vegetarian restaurants so you can make a tour out of it😉we are definitely ordering a hot pot next time - it also looked great with tons of fresh herbs.
As almost every vegetarian restaurant in Vietnam everything we ordered was vegan. I was not sure if there was milk in my smoothie though! But the staff speaks English so you can ask!

like an oasis in the desert - Edit
For my fifth stay already in Vung Tau, I had the luck to find a fantastic entirely vegan Vietnamese restaurant. I was desperately looking for a place to eat well without industrial animal products and there it appeared, like an oasis in the desert, like a unique gem amongst the tons of grit of junk food laying everywhere around here.
Read moreThere is so much choice on the menu that you have ordered before taking the time to read it all. It has all the Vietnamese traditional dishes including its famous stars like Pho Bò, Banh Xèo, Bun Rieu, Goi Cuon, Cha Gio, Hu Tieu... All animal foods are replaced by specially textured and seasoned tofu. Dishes are delicious, very affordable and nourishing. The service staff is attentive, quick, well-dressed and well-mannered.
The atmosphere puts you in a joyful and light transe with psychedelic colors anime movie picturing the marvelous world of Buddhas, kitsch mantra music on unlimited repeat mode (link below), multicoloured flower lights Buddha shrine, 3D wallpaper 70's disco style, glittering Christmas baubles suspended from the ceiling and soft velvet sofas to have you stay there forever and see you again.
The café/restaurant is coupled with a boutique selling all the items for the perfect buddhist monk's complete set with robes, stone pearls rosaries, candles, incense, bells, lights and Buddha's statues and pictures. There is also a wide array of vegan food articles available such as varied nuts, seeds, whole cereals and legumes, dried algae, mushrooms, rice crackers, whole grain noodles, mixed grains powders, all types and shapes of tofu, oils, sauces and seasonings. All you need to get yourself well-equipped and well-nourished on a sure path to Nirvana!
This restaurant is way better than that I was hoping to find. I have been eating there three times a day since I found it. It gives me a lot of hope and positive perspective for the developemt of veganism and the future of humanity on Earth. If one can find such an amazing vegan restaurant in a country that is supposed to be socially, politically and economically relatively underdeveloped, then this kind of place can be found anywhere. There are many pragmatic and realistic solutions to the current state of the world, a durable change now only depends on our collective effort to make it a reality.
