Fresh veggies - Edit
I got a salad with grilled veggies, black beans, corn salsa and mango salsa. It was all fresh and flavorful. Nice to have a healthy option so close to the highway.

I don't normally eat late so I ordered a bowl with brown rice and veggies, topped with Pico de Gallo and pickled jalapeños (they were hot! 🥵)

As only vegan option for miles I hoped for more from chain. - Edit
No impossible meat as review prior stated. Guacamole tasted off (normally Qdoba has the best). Staff was friendly and it was clean

Pretty good, but lacking options of a big city location - Edit
My partner and I stopped here in search of vegan options in a very non-vegan part of the country! We were glad to find Qdoba and also glad to find this listing on Happy Cow so we knew what options would be vegan friendly. Unfortunately a member of staff informed us that they do not stock the impossible meat at this location. We each had a veggie bowl and the salsas and veggies were colorful and fresh. Staff were friendly, location was clean and bright. There's also a bar in the middle of the floor which is different!

Not as good as Chipotle, but still good - Edit
Qdoba is often treated as a worse Chipotle, and for vegans, this is also true. Despite its limited options, these options are still good. Still, they've been rolling out more vegan options, and as usual, the guacamole is free, so it can't be called a bad place to go in terms of vegan fast food.
