A hankering - Edit
Having a specific hankering for deep-fried, salty food led one to ordering the Vish and Chips from the menu.

Not bad. Food is okay. Easy option if you’re in the area. Quite pricey

Hi Bradley, sorry that you found our food quite pricey, we are now VAT registered & have to pay the Gov 20% of all our sales, which is difficult for small catering sole trader business as we do not spend much on VAT so we are unable to claim back hardley any to off set the amount, which means we put our prices up or go out of business.

Friendly cafe and good food - Edit
On our recent trip to Glastonbury we found this delightful little cafe tuck away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street. We had the veganoumi wrap and the vish and chips. The wrap was so delicious and the vegan halloumi was one of the nicest vegan ‘cheeses’ I have ever had. My husband had the vish and chips which he said tasted like fish with good texture and excellent crispy batter.

Genuinely delicious food - Edit
It’s only thanks to Happy Cow users that we got to sample this amazing food. We’d visited the same premises the last time we were in Glastonbury and been very unimpressed - little did we know it had changed hands and become something very special.
Read moreYou can tell these guys started out at festivals: almost everything on the menu comes in a wrap. That’s not a bad thing, though. They know what they do and they do it very well.
We had a breakfast burrito and a kebab and both were off the charts in terms of flavour. Literally couldn’t fault anything about them.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The inside space was comfortable and well presented. Everything was spotlessly clean. The outside space looked nice but the weather wasn’t great on the day we visited so we only saw that from the window.
I’ve been thinking back to that wrap on the days since we visited. If we didn’t live three hours from Glastonbury I’d be a regular. We still might!
Pros: Amazing food , Friendly staff , A nice space

Like a badger on a peanut butter high… - Edit
When the sparrow eased out his first little fart of the morning, I was already bounding like a badger on a crunchy peanut butter high up Glastonbury Tor.
Read moreSkip forward a few hours of general loitering and the Pyramid café was open for business. In moments, a vibrantly coloured plate of delight was kindly laid in front of me. The big v breakfast didn’t stand a chance, with every mouthful being savoured in fast forward. But for now I’m happy with my beans and knowing that tomorrow, my little feathery friend, you will have competition…

Must visit in Glastonbury - Edit
A great vegan cafe at the heart of Glastonbury, a really comprehensive menu with so many tasty sounding dishes, and some great daily cakes and baked goods as well. We tried the fish and chips and the casserole, and the fish and chips was one of the best I’ve ever had! The casserole was a little bland but the garlic sourdough it came with was amazing. Service was great, good amount of indoor seating, overall a thoroughly recommendable experience.

Well priced, very tasty food. I expected a lot of vegan options in Glastonbury but this really exceeded my expectations, the food was so good! The staff are so lovely too, and the inside and outside eating areas are very nice and cosy. Dog friendly too! The only downside is there's no loo!

The heart of Glastonbury - Edit
I knew Glastonbury had lots of vegan and veggie food but didn’t expect it to be this good. Absolutely spoiled for choice at this cafe, with lots of breakfast options and larger wraps for a big lunch. Salads looked great too and can be paired with a pastie or bake. Slightly expensive menu but worth it to support a local business and make your special day in Glasto even better

A vegan gem in a special town. - Edit
A fabulous vegan cafe, delicious food, excellent location. It’s fantastic to be able to eat at a fully vegan place in the magical town of Glastonbury. The scotch eggs are amazing, love the chick’n & mushroom pie slice, the choc orange cake was slightly dry but tasty nonetheless. I also tried the vish & chips - it has an insane texture - so similar to the conventional version. Delicious taste of the sea flavour, ultra crispy batter - perfect with their in-house tartare sauce. A must visit place for all vegan travellers heading to Glastonbury.

The best Vegan Fish I’ve had - Edit
I’ve had a few disappointing vegan fish alternatives before but I decided to give pyramid’s version a try due to many positive reviews online and I’m so glad I did, it was great! The texture and flavour was very realistic. I also had a latte and chocolate cake and they were lovely too.
