Very good, creative food - Edit
Lovely for a special occasion. There is a separate vegan menu with 3 options for each course. All the dishes were very good and creative. Not huge portions so it's possible manage all 3 courses. I particularly enjoyed Tarka dhal cooked with cauliflower and the chocolate fondant with mango sorbet dessert. The only vegetarian dish- aubergine starter, can be veganised and is also delicious.
Read morePlenty of white wines. The only vegan red wine on a huge wine list, was very expensive and only available by the bottle. What a shame!🤣
Pros: Stunning surroundings , Good choices, Helpful staff.
Cons: Only one red wine- bottle only.

Vegan breakfast and dinner options at this lovely hotel - Edit
Hearty and tasty full vegan breakfast including vegan sausages, (bland) quinoa 'black pudding', beans, mushrooms, spinach, and a tomato. Other vegan options also available with oat milk for coffee and vegan butter for toast, and plenty of fresh fruit and juice in the buffett. The staff were so helpful, attentive and hard working. We also enjoyed an evening meal in the hotel pub with amazing and delightful live piano accompaniment, what a treat. Again, staff were helpful and hard working. We chose from a special fully vegan three course menu (in addition to 'main' menu), the food was overall good.

Beautiful restaurant, amazing view, friendly staff but no vegan - Edit
This restaurant is part of an amazing hotel. It looks flawless and the staff is really good.
Read moreUnfortunately, I asked the staff if a certain meal was vegan or not. She answered that it was vegan for sure, but in the end I found out that it was not vegan :(
It was clear that she didn't got that we were all vegan and vegetarian cause we got something with meat in stead :o
The food was a bit of a disappointment because of that, but the location and its view is stunning!
Pros: Friendly staff, beautiful view and location
Cons: Staff not knowledgeable about allergy list menu, Not vegan
