3.50 rinngets. Totally vegan, a little dry but tasty. Ondeh ondeh is a common Perenakan dessert that is very similar (but even better I think!), should be available in any Kueh stand.
They are super fluffy and delicious! Try to get some that are still warm, so that the sugar is still runny and not hard! I wish though that they would find another alternative to putting them in plastic with a plastic spoon, but then again that’s everywhere the problem in Asia... still recommend!
This natural vegan dessert is very tasty and cheap. All the ingredients are listed on the sign outside. You can only buy in a packet of five. They only serve in disposable plastic container, so do bring your own container.
This is seriously delicious steamed goodness. Soooo tasty, sweet and filling. I normally bring my own box so I don’t have to buy them in plastic and always get a smile from the sellers who are really lovely. Once you try it you will be back for more :)
Must try in KL. This food stall is next to Central Market on the pedestrian street. You will smell these goodies from far! It is SO good and...it is vegan as you can tell by the ingredients (see the picture). The rice cakes are very fresh so you will be able to enjoy them hot which is the best way! You get 5 pieces for 3,50 ringgits.
