The best Dairy free bakery. - Edit
Being severely allergic to dairy I had given up of eating at most restaurants. I still search hoping that I don't have to make and bake almost everything. I found Pushkin's and tried their cookies, cupcakes, muffins, bars and Nachos. Everything was delicious and better than I have made. I am so happy.

I loved #4, vegan sausage, just egg, maple syrup, spinach.
My favorite sandwich was with tofu, so good!

Love their maitake caesar salad. All of the vegan sandwiches are quite good. Great vegan cupcakes, but skip the cookies- they’re dry! Recommend this spot. 💯

Wowww, this place is good. It’s not entirely vegan, but they have gobs of vegan options. All of their baked goods are gluten and dairy free, and are clearly marked vegan for egg-free as well. I’d guess about a third of their impressive array of pastries are fully vegan.
Read moreI should have known this place is connected to Babe’s in Sac, because their desserts are next level delicious. The cupcake I had was perfection, and just the right amount of sweet. 😋
I also had the Portobello Cruzer sandwich, which was also delicious. If I get it again I’ll ask for light fig jam because it makes the sandwich a bit too much on the sweet side… but overall, 9/10! I would eat here again in a heartbeat!

Both are very good! I like the barracuda cupcakes, Russian tea cookies, and zucchini bread. It's easy to buy a lot of items.

I love how many vegan options were at this all gf bakery! I ordered 3 different kinds of pastries and all were rich, moist, and the perfect amount of sweetness without overdoing it. I got the vegan nachos which came super loaded with layers of beans and melty cheese throughout 🤤

Finding delicious plant-based options can be a challenge, but Pushkins Bakery absolutely nailed it!
We started with the PO Boy maitake mushroom sandwich, and oh boy, it was a flavor explosion! The maitake mushrooms were perfectly cooked and seasoned, providing a delightful taste. The accompanying ingredients created a symphony of flavors that left us wanting more.
Next up was the toasty avocado vegan egg sandwich, and it blew our taste buds away! The combination of creamy avocado and vegan egg created a fantastic texture and taste.

Their vegan chocolate cupcakes are out of this world! I am in love with the vegan carrot cake cupcake too! I’ve actually never had a bad vegan baked good from this place! The herbivore delight sando was good but too small...but I guess that leaves you room for dessert! 🤤

So pleasantly surprised to find this place while driving through. So many yummy vegan sandwiches, pastries and vegan nachos! I wish I could have tried the vegan lasagna and vegan grilled cheese. I had the herbivore sandwich and nachos. So very yummy and fresh. Highly recommend this place.

Really nice it just opened in roseville so it’s nice and new lunch spot. Ordered the noble tofu sandwich which was alittle too spicy but tasted good as the bread was really fresh and crispy, also had the chocolate peanut butter muffin and double chocolate walnut cookie with a coffee and they were all amazing! Really busy the day I went but the service was fast and plenty of seating indoors and out!
