Vegan comfort food - Edit
Puravita is an amazing place to eat vegan food in Estepona. The staff is very sweet and the food is also very good! We've had the Beyond Burger which had a small vegan egg on top and on top of the burger which was very beautifully made. Their homemade chili oil is also very nice. For dessert we had the cheesecake, very good and tasty. Overall this was a great place to eat and enjoy all the good that veganism has to offer.

Lovely owners but the food was bland - Edit
We were super excited to visit PuraVita and ordered the Falafel bowl and the carbonara. Unfortunately the falafel bowl was really bland and just very salty, the carbonara was better but the portion size was small and the prices were really high! Unfortunately the smoothie too was very milky and not tasty at all. The owners were very sweet and friendly but the food and drink just lacked flavour and was the most expensive meal we’d had in Spain.

I went with the cauliflower popcorn. Very tasty. Would have like the chefs special is stuffed cabbage leaves but they were off the menu. Opted for the mushroom and black bean taco. Very tasty but just a little too oily for me so left most of the taco.
So many desserts to choose from. Requested the pistachio cheesecake then the chef told me they also have a banoffee cheesecake as a special of the day. When I asked which was less sweet she said the banana so I opted for that. It was so delicious. I ate more of it than I had room for.
Highly recommend. Not had the I’ll yet but for a coastal town, great produce, the pricing seemed accurate.
Will be back!

Neither myself or my partner are vegans but we couldn't keep away from this lovely restaurant - would highly recommend the Malaysian curry, Black bean tacos and the snickers cheesecake :)

Cosy little place on oneof side streets of the gorgeous Estepona. We randomly chose to stay here for a night and was pleasantly surprised to find a fully vegan restaurant! I had a lentil burger to start with, which was good, but the highlight for me was the amazingly delicious tiramisu, it was so tasty!

Fantastic food, many options and very polite and welcoming staff. We have been many times and we are never disappointed. Some people are saying it’s expensive & I guess it can be but in my opinion it’s worth the price, but I wouldn’t call it expensive. Many vegan restaurants end up shutting down due to turnover so I’m happy to pay more if it means Puravita stays open long term. When their previous restaurant in another location closed I was was always checking to see when the new one would open. We are very lucky to have Puravita 💚

First time here after living in Estepona for a couple of months and I was disappointed. The food was very expensive, €17.50 for a burger chips and then they charged us €1 each for sauces. When we queried this when the bill arrived (as they hadn't warned us of this when we asked for sauce) a waiter laughed, rolled his eyes and said 'Well of course we have to charge, everyone asks for it', no apology at all. The burger was nice but the flavour mainly came from the beyond burger patty. Wouldn't go again due to the poor service and expensive prices.

I wanted to like this place as it is a plant based restaurant. The restaurant is really cute and it is at a good location. However, the food fell flat as it was bland and not a lot of flavour in general. The staff was lovely and also the wine, but would have liked more flavour on the food.

We spend a whole evening there. Two starters, two mains, two desserts and a bottle of a good wine. Came with my cat too, and the stuff were very welcoming to all 3 of us. We sat outside and had the heater set up just next to us so it was really cozy and warm. The food itself was really, really good! The pistachio cheesecake was out of this world!

The food was very good, although on the pricier side.
I had beetroot hummus and an empanada which were both excellent. My dad had ‘gambas’ pil pil which he really liked.
Definitely will come back if I get a chance - so many things on the menu I’d like to try!

Reilly tasty but very small portions and pricy.
Don’t be in a hurry!.

We had the faux prawns to start and they were delicious. Not quite sure how they did it but glad they did. Wonderful. We also had two burgers and some noodle dishes and everything was delicious. Then for dessert highly recommend the brownie or the cheesecake. Really sorry as a great meal. Very nice and helpful staff also

One of the best stops on our trip, wish we had time to visit more that once. Food was amazing, inventive and high quality. Presentation was rock star level. Staff and chef were super friendly and delightful. We would go back to Estepona for their food alone!

This restaurant is a true gem! We loved every meal. We ate hear 5 times during our vacation. Amazing delicious food that looks as amazing as it tastes! Very friendly staff. Unique, quaint, with signature teddy bears to sit with you, so nobody dines alone. We love it! We already look forward to coming back during our vacation next summer!

I really wanted to love this place, as we drove two hours to visit for lunch.
Read moreI booked a table as I was expecting it to be busy but, unfortunately, it wasn't necessary as we were the only people there for the entirety of our visit. I didn't realise it was in a shopping centre. This and the fact it was empty and a bit chilly led to there being a lack of atmosphere.
We ordered starters and mains. When ordering the tuna/potato starter I asked about the egg and was told it would come without, as they took a long time to make and weren't ready yet. This information hadn't been volunteered until I mentioned it and it seemed odd as it was an advertised part of the dish. When the dish came, the egg was on it...very confusing.
When the starters were served, so was my main! It sat a while until he asked if I'd like it put on the hotplate to stay warm. When it was re-served, I think the chips had been replaced but the burger wasn't hot and the base of the bun was soggy from sitting for so long. This was disappointing, as it's quite an expensive place to eat. My mum's burger hadn't been served with our starters but it was also soggy on the bottom.
I sincerely wish the owners all the best, as vegan restaurants are few and far between, but I feel they need to address these issues in order to provide the food, service and ambiance necessary to succeed.
The starter was nice, although I would have called it a prawn rather than tuna dish, as there was no tuna taste. I'm sure the burger would have been delicious had it been served fresh and not waited on the hotplate until I finished my starter.

The food was ok but relied heavily on ultra-processed fake meat products. This seems a common trend and although I understand it makes it more accessible for meat-eaters, it’s not healthy and it would be better to see more tasty creative Whole Foods available, at least as an option.
