Love the vegan garlic bread - Edit
Although I would have liked to see more vegan options, I was particularly impressed with the garlic bread. You can make it vegan by getting it with vegan cheese. You can also make pizza and pasta dishes vegan. The menu is on the pricier side. If you are ever in Tucson, I highly recommend this restaurant for dinner!

Great spot to meet friends! - Edit
This is a lunch go to for me, nice ambience in the plaza and outdoor seating. Lots of veggie options to choose from, my favs; bruschetta, artichoke dip, olives, spinach salad, green machine pasta, mushroom risotto, veggie or mushroom pizza are all my go tos! You will not be disappointed!

Customizable Vegan Options - Edit
I actually enjoy going to proof because it’s near my home and the vegan options are quite refreshing. I usually get a pizza sub vegan cheese and olives instead of prosciutto. I actually really enjoyed the dish and would totally recommend if you’re in the area! Lots of customizable vegan options on the menu!
