Disappointed - Edit
It’s gone from bad to worse. Now it’s not simply that the vegan options have run out: there are no vegan options. Their key symbol sign still lists a vegan symbol but none of the food labels show this symbol. Staff I asked either didn’t know what a vegan was (!) or confirmed they have no vegan options.

So many vegetarian options but no vegan wraps, sandwiches, or salads. Managed to get a yogurt pot but that was not substantial enough. Extremely disappointed. Just visited a very rural part of France that catered well, you would think a major airport could provide something.

Few but very good vegan options - Edit
Recently open, it's the first restaurant of Blagnac Airport with decent and clearly labeled vegan options. You have one very good and fresh vegan salad with avocado, pine nuts, spinach, lentils, green peas and cherry tomatoes (very good for less than 7 euros) and a sandwich with a cereal baguette, olive tapenade, pine nuts, dried tomatoes, aragula salad and avocado, very good and fresh too. I saw one vegan dessert (chia pudding) but I didn't try it this time. On the whole, despite that vegan options are few, the place is very helpful! Will count on it many times in the future.
