Cute place with several vegan options. They are not clearly marked though. Some dishes look like they could be vegan, but there’s no ‘vegan’ in the name. We had pancakes and smoothies, which were great! The staff were also nice.

The tabouleh salad and avocado and beet hummus toast I ordered were tasty.
Its usually pretty busy so try to go as early as possible if you want to eat in.

I read good reviews, but the food was really disappointing. The pancakes (monkey and caramel) were mushy and gave a bad aftertaste. The chai latte tasted like soy milk with added sugar.

On our 1,5 day stay in Maastricht we went to Preps twice for lunch with two friends - one lactose and gluten intolerant and one a regular omnivore. And we were all happy with the food, relaxed atmosphere and super friendly service! Thank you Preps! :)
