Good vegan choices - Edit
A lovely friendly bike shop/cafe which offered three vegan cake choices: pumpkin, lemon and banana loaf. Ask which are vegan as they aren’t all labelled. Has vegan milks for coffee and also fresh teas such as ginger and mint. A great place to stop and refuel in Maastricht. I’d be very happy to come back again!

Two vegan cake options: banana bread and lemon cake. I tried the lemon cake and it was delicous.

Read moreIt's a big café that also work as a store for bike clothes and equipment. They have a lot of seating and a lot of people studying, still not hard for us to find a spot as some tables were "laptop free". Their selection of vegan options was great and the majority was vegan (though not labeled so ask). I had the carrot cake and it was really yummy. They also had oat milk which I liked.
Cute café and wouldn't mind coming back if ever in Maastricht!

Prices are a bit higher than you would normal pay but it’s worth it.
Staff is helpful and friendly.
Located in the centre, not far from the shopping streets.

There were two vegan pastry options: pumpkin pie or lemon almond cake. Had a piece of the latter, and a black coffee. Was really nice. Friendly.

Dont know what to think of such 'bike cafe' places. They dont really have a lot of bike stuff *not like in real specialized sports shops), but are neither a real coffee place ... like seitan nor tofu ...

Vegan lemon cake - Edit
Nice shop if you love bikes and coffee. They offer soy, almond and oat milk for their coffees. We also had vegan lemon cake which was nice. The staff was also friendly. Bought some art from a local artist as well.
