Came a few months ago, and we had some pretty good food but there wasn’t much left when we arrived.
Read moreAlso, the cashier spoke way too quietly and both me and my partner asked multiple time what flavour was a cake. Turns out it was a chocolate peanut butter cake and I’m allergic so we had to rush out to get medicine. Would be good if they labelled food and allergens in cakes!!

The venue is beautiful, the layout is bright, clean and welcoming. The staff were super nice. The food was ok, but I haven’t tried much so I’d guess the rest is probably alright too. Nothing too much to hype about but it’s good. Will drop in when me and my boy are in Leicester again.

The waffles are really good, up until recently you would get waffles or pancakes fruit, cream and ice cream, they now charge extra for ice cream, menus has been changed but still lots of options,I had the avocado on toast paid £7 for literally 1 slice of bread (very thin whole meal) with avocado very overpriced for what it was, it’s a shame as I love it there, still delicious options and they do the best oat lattes, the young girls serving are friendly .

Really enjoyed our visit to Prana Cafe where we shared a chickn supreme pizza and chickn burger with wedges and coleslaw. The pizza was very flavourful and I especially enjoyed the chicken and melty cheese used but was unable to pick up each slice without it falling apart. The chickn burger was delicious and I loved the coleslaw but the wedges could have been a bit more crispy for my liking. Still very tasty though and well seasoned. We also ordered a raspberry and chocolate cake, which was light and flavoursome and two very refreshing smoothies. Inside the cafe is grand with a nice ambience and very friendly staff and I would certainly visit again.

Prana's cakes are great. I feel like they should have stopped there.
Read morePizzas takes ages to cook, over 45min. They are small and probably the worst vegan pizza I have had at a fully vegan restaurant. £11 for a 5inch pizza is a bit much.
Their version of Buddha bowls are ridiculous. They all taste the same regardless of the flavour you choose.
Staff aren't particularly welcoming either.
The place is beautiful but really not worth it.

Great place, enjoyed the ambiance with great music played surround sound lightly. Big comfy place. Had a strawberry chocolate milkshake the staff was nice enough to make for me when its not part of the menu to get a milk. It was super filling though. Had the walnut and chocolate cakes which was nice. Staff are friendly.

This was such a great place to visit in Leicester. The food is excellent - in fact, it was so good we made sure we went back! The menu is really varied and has something for everyone. Out of what we had, everything we tried was just perfect.

Everything is vegan! had to keep reminding myself that everything was ok already and didn’t need to check labels or ask for substitutions. Cold drinks, especially the strawberry lemonade, are great!

I occasionally visit Saturday morning for a green tea or coffee and cake, and to sit and read my mag for 30 mins to relax after shopping in the local market.

And...they have just started doing evening meals on Fridays & Sats - pasta & pizza - open until 10pm, so we will visit them soon to taste the foods.
The location is the old Barclays banking hall, and is quite glamorous the way they have done it out; with tables & chairs and also settees along the wall, where I like to sit.
So if you see a grey haired guy reading a property mag on a Sat morn just after they have opened, then pop over a say 'Hello' to me.

in a really beautiful old building right by town hall square, stumbled upon it randomly after not hearing about it before and i love it! sooo many options that are all vegan, plenty of type of foods like sanwiches, full meals, pancakes, and the cakes are just to die for. the staff are so freindly and its nice to chat with them. defo recommend!

We had an overnight stay in Leicester and the hotel began options were lacking (as always) so we searched for somewhere to have breakfast and found Prana Cafe. A great looking building and a huge menu! We both had the Vegan breakfast and were thrilled- we’ve never had a bacon sub before but this one was delish as was everything on the plate! Great service and tasty food. Wish this could be our local. Definitely worth a visit. 🌱

I had the soup with bread which was delicious! A friend had the lasagna which looked great. After that we had a slice of black forest gateau which was amaaaaze 💜 Will definitely go again. Can't believe I'd never been before.
