Creative meals - Edit
I had dinner here on July 17, 2024. The Powers Seasonal Salad was a wonderful mix of various ingredients that I normally wouldn't have thought to put together in a salad, but it worked! The result was delicious!
Read moreI had hoped to try the vegan shepherd's pie which I read about in other reviews, but that was not on the menu when I was there.
The serving of salad could have been a bit bigger, or served with some bread to make a more complete meal, but I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone.
The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and a man who I believe was the manager came by to check on us.

Great food, lovely atmosphere - Edit
The staff are so welcoming and the atmosphere is amazing with the live music and the coziness of it. We enjoyed a vegan version of shepherds pie with spiced lentils and chips. It was delicious and so filling!

They seem to have one vegan special a day at lunchtime, and today it was a vegan burger. It had a really good tomato relish on it along with tomato, onion, and lettuce, and there were fries and a pickle on the side. The burger itself was more of veggie burger than a mock meat burger.

Great service, live Irish music on Sunday evenings - Edit
There weren't many choices on the Sunday menu. A salad and a curried cauliflower vegan burger which is what I had. It was tasty and came with homemade fries.
