Esperienza ancestrale! - Edit
Sono vegana ed ho mangiato in un modo a dir poco sublime. Molta attenzione ai dettagli e staff super preparato. Peccato non abitare qui vicino per venirci spesso.

Fantastic experience! - Edit
We had an amazing night at Arduino. We started with an aperitif on the lawn, the cocktails were great, the view and atmosphere is wonderful.
Read moreWe then sat on their open room restaurant area. The room is beautiful! Open to the air and with a lovely olive tree in the middle. You are still protected from the elements as the room is smartly designed.
As a vegan I very rarely get to experience a proper tasting menu, where vegetables are the star and the flavors are this varied and wonderful. The wine and olive oil were the highest quality we had while in Italy.
If you are looking for a special place to take the vegan in your life, this is it!
Already planning to go back!
Pros: Special location, beautiful views , Tasting menu 100% vegan - reserved that way, Great wines

Not recommended for lunch - Edit
Would not recommend this place for vegan lunch. I had a 'burger' which was a burger bun with only grilled vegetables. A bit bland. The olive oil that was on the vegetables was very good, I bought it in the shop afterwards. The vegetarian options are nicer, cheese is added to the burger. Portions are small and expensive for Italy. Outside, the view on the Tuscany hills is very nice. We sat inside in a 'shed' because it was busy, the chairs were not comfortable.

Nice aperitivo. Bolgheri Green on GMaps - Edit
We had a very nice aperitivo in Bolgheri Green (that's how it's definwd as on Google Maps). The same space has a Bistrot (open for lunch only) and a restaurant (open for dinner only). The main difference is price (in the evening it almost doubles). For the aperitivo there are mainly vegetarian dishes, but they state that it is possible to ask for a vegan version. We had 2 glasses of wine (local and organic) and the tagliere and paid 18€. It's not cheap for Italy, but the location is very nice.

cool place - Edit
This place is fantastic.
Read moreYou can either go for the aperitivo (you cnanot reserve a place in this case) and it's 7 euro each dish, 3 euro for a drink, so you can either have an aperitivo for 10 euros or a dinner for less than 20!
Otherwise, there's a restaurant section where you can reserve tables and dishes are more elaborated (and more expensive, about 20 euros each). This is also an amazing experience!
You sit in the garden, you enjoy the sunset, you eat the amazing food prepared with the products of the Podere (farm), you listen to good music... it's really cool!!!
It's a good place for kids and dogs too!

Cool place! - Edit
Excellent drinks with some vegan tastings. We ate a plate with mixed bruschetta and it was refined and excellent. On some evenings the service is a bit slow as the place is very popular.

Hidden gem - Edit
We accidentally discovered this on Happy Cow and think it is definitely worth a visit if you are in the area. You can do aperitivo chilling on the lawn or have a meal. The concept is “farm to table” and everything is fresh and local. Really beautiful place among olive trees. Even the kitchen is outdoors. They also produce three different kinds of olive oils which we got to taste. Saturday night was extremely busy. The menu is not huge but there are a few vegan options. Also, it seems to change every month😄Not cheap but it was definitely worth the experience.

Cons: Small portions, A bit pricey
