Good & Cheap night market option - Edit
The food was fairly good and on the cheaper side which was a bonus.
Read moreThe food is fairly tasty although not strictly similar to Malaysian food Ive had elsewhere. An extra star could be given if the flavour went to the next level. However consider it is around 1/3rd the price I have paid for other restaurants in Taipei and still fairly tasty.
Located in the Rahoe night market. At the time of writing, look for the yellow sign "Polam Kopitam".
Some dishes are veg rather than vegan. The waitress asked me if egg was ok or not. The waitress spoke minimal English but enough to buy my meal without too much issue. English menu available. I got away with pointing and gesturing how many.

Pros: Cheap, Vegan option in night market, English menu
Cons: Flavours a bit different to what I'm used to, Not a lot of signage indicating is veg/vegan
