Some options can be veganized - Edit
Restaurant with a Vegetarian section on the menu and some of them can be veganized.

Some of the staff has a mental disability so you need to have a bit more patience and understanding for that. They also do not really understand questions about veganism but the other staff does. The staff is really friendly.

Weird experience - Edit
Late lunch on Sunday, the place was full, seams to be very appreciated by the (meat eating) locals. Nice atmosphere and activities for kids.

The place was very overstaffed. Frienfly, but to the point that I’ve been asked every 3 minutes by a differenr person if all is good, which got annoying - but they weren’t really able to deal with real concerns.
The menu says that the dishes marked vegan or glutenfree “can” be made that way, not that they are, and suggests to talk to the staff. But the staff seam to have no idea - 3 of them were surprised by the question and just consulted the menu and confirmed based on the icons there. Which really made me wonder..
Pros: Nice atmosphere, Food came pretty fast
Cons: Few vegan dishes, Staff isn’t very knowledgeable, Polite checkups way too frequent

I‘ve been there with a few friends, me as the only vegan. The staff was nice and friendly, even though it was a crowded friday evening. The food was prepared in a good time, was tasty and quite innovative. The menu shows several main courses which are clearly marked as vegan, from starters to dessert you‘ll get a choice everywhere. The outside seating was nice under trees, comfortable and and with nice views into the mountains. The inside looked nice, modern, clean and welcoming.
Read moreI had a mixed salad as a starter, pulled burger with coleslaw and fries as main and pineapple chocolate carpaccio for dessert. Unfortunately I only took a picture of the burger.

the restaurant has a few vegan options but could make space for some more. The ones they offer are delicious though! The prices are quite high but reasonable because the ingredients are high end.

Fancy and delicious Restaurant - Edit
I went there a couple of weeks ago with my omnivore partner and we had a very nice lunch. They have some vegan options on the menu, I had the Spaghetti Carbonara which were delicious. Also the Salad was fresh and very good. We will definitely go back here soon. The restaurant is quite fancy so I would also recommend it to have a nice dinner or to celebrate special occasions. Go here and bring your omnivore friends!

A touch expensive by normal (but not "banker normal") Swiss dining standards, but not far out of the norm.
Pros: well-made veg options, understanding of vegan, great ambiance and service
Cons: a bit expensive even by Swiss standards, very limited menu, a bit removed from the tourist area
