Lots of options! - Edit
For a Croatian supermarket, there's quite a variety to choose from. You'll find most of it in the "100% healthy food" section. Even in the refrigerated aisle, you'll find a range of vegan options, from butter to pudding to sausages, and they even stock tofu, which is not easy to come by in Croatia.
