The best desserts ever - Edit
I even proposed to her once after a bite of cheesecake, true story. I will travel to the far reaches of the earth for her bundt cakes. Only downside is no brick and mortet shop.

Best treats! - Edit
Having one of their mini bundt cakes (like a donut) is a dessert dream come true. Anytime I’m surprised with one (or three) from my husband, it makes me feel such joy! #Veganuary

Amazingly Nice Owner - Edit
Y’all, if you can try out this place, do! The cakes are yummy and beautiful and the owner went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. We bought the mixed box of mini Bundt cakes, and it was so fun to split them between the 5 of us, tasting which ones were our favorite! Anything with chocolate… seriously, you can’t go wrong. #Veganuary

Really nice Bundt cakes - Edit
This is an all vegan bakery in abq, originally tried their Bundt cakes which were sold as vegan donuts at zendo cafe. They have a wide variety of them and pretty much all are good, but the chocolate ones are my favorites. Ordering and picking up is rather annoying as you have to put in an order several days in advance, and then pick up during a few hour window later in the week, at some kombucha shop in Abq. Hope that at some point they’ll move to being a permanent cake shop and stock some of their items so that you don’t have to order days in advance.

Too Difficult to Access - Edit
I arrived only to discover that they don't have an actual store front. They are not open to the public and do not allow walk-ins. I ended up going next door to a shop that carried some of their sweets.
Read moreI tried a lemon berry bundt minicake that was pretty good. I was just disappointed that I couldn't try more of their items because there was no way to access them.
Apparently, if you order ahead they will deliver them to you (useless for out of town visitors passing through, like myself).

Delicious - Edit
I have followed Planty Sweet on Instagram for a long time and their cakes are beautiful. I hadn’t gotten around to trying any of their treats until recently though because they only do advanced orders. Well I work in [censored] Hill, and (I believe it was the owner) just so happened to come by and drop off a sample bundt cake for my office to try. Holy heck was it good. The cake was super moist and rich. It had the most decadent chocolate frosting that I continued to have dreams about. I hope they open a storefront soon!

Tasty cakes! - Edit
We special ordered little bundt cakes from Planty Sweet for a birthday. She was very accommodating as we also had some allergies. The cakes were moist and delicious, and very creative flavors. I have since had a slice of cake from a pop-up market and again found it delicious. I am not gluten free, but this was one case where I was surprised to find it was gluten free. The texture was great. Will certainly buy from Planty Sweet again.
