How to best describe Plantega? Plantega is a vegan menu inside H-Yard Gourmet Deli. I had bookmarked and had unknowingly passed this place and never realized until I intentionally looked for it during a lunch break. So look for the H-Yard sign and be confident you are in the right place.
Read moreThey have a whole vegan menu with deli favs such as bacon egg and cheese, chopped cheese, and chicken parm. It’s all vegan, no sub! I asked three times, because whaaa…?! Don’t do this. They get annoyed. Believe it the first time.
Being at work, I chose the less messy fried chicken sandwich. It was okay. Needed more cheese and sauce. Respect be damned, next time I’m getting that chopped cheese.
