Best Pizza Ever! Or: Closing a Chapter… - Edit
Little story about myself: I never regretted becoming vegan; on the contrary, I love it, and I am so thankful for the way it changed both my life and my way of thinking!

With one exception: Pizza! Pizza has always been one of my favorite foods when I was still vegetarian, and for a long time I felt like pizza was the only dairy product I was craving for a little bit. I never really liked any vegan pizza yet, and I started to accept the fact that maybe there is no adequate plant-based replacement yet for what used to be one of my favorite foods.
That changed yesterday, when I visited Pizzeria Le Grazie. That restaurant already has the reputation for having the best Neapolitan Pizza in the city. For me, it also has the best vegan pizza I have ever tried in my life! For the first time I ate a vegan pizza that was simply overwhelmingly tasty, and that I am looking forward to come back to!
They have a quite large selection of various vegan pizzas, around 10-15 I guess. I decided for the Pizza Vegan Pesto, which comes with vegan cheese, pine nuts and Italian cherry tomatoes. And oh boy, it was so delicious, I was thinking long about taking a second one right away.
The staff was also very friendly, and prices are pretty decent, I paid 12,50€ for my pizza. One last thing to add: the pizza was quite oily, which I am a big fan of, but if you don’t like it that much, maybe tell them to put a little less oil on it.
Thank you again to Pizzeria Le Grazie for making me rediscover the beautiful taste of pizza, now finally in the beautiful and only way how it should be served: free from any animal suffering!

Das Restaurant serviert traditionelle neapolitanische Pizza mit frischen Zutaten und leckeren Optionen. Eine große Empfehlung meinerseits wenn man in Erfurt ist.

Der vegane Käse überraschte mich positiv mit einem überzeugenden Geschmack, ebenso wie Konsistenz.

Gibt einige vegane Optionen. Ich hatte die Pizza Fresh Tofu die war sehr gut. Zum hinsetzen gab es leider nicht so viele Plätze, aber sonst war es auch ganz nett. Vorher reservieren würde ich empfehlen.

Große Auswahl für ein nicht-Veganes Restaurant - Edit
Viele verschiedene vegane Pizzen mit veganen Käse. Fleisch-Alternativen gibt es aktuell nicht, aber Pizza mit Tofu (und auf einer guten Pizza ist auch ein Fleischersatz gar nicht nötig :)). Die Preise sind nicht super günstig, aber für die Qualität in Ordnung; vegane Pizzen kosten nicht mehr als jene mit tierischen Produkten. Insgesamt lecker und lohnenswert!
