And now onto something different - Edit
Surely Pizzadillo does not provide a gastronomic journey, but then again, you get what you pay for. Personally I was happy to eat two food items (their signature product with an aubergine stew and a focaccia with onion) for a mere 5 euro. The setting is fabulous, the premises peculiar in a good way and the waiter very friendly, though he quickly put oil with pesto in my pizzadillo before realising it contained cheese. He amended the mistake by making a new one.

Disappointing - Edit
I wanted to enjoy this but just didn't. The location is great; on the sea front with limited seating outside but the food was not to my liking.
Read moreI was expecting some kind of pizza experience but instead got what is essentially a hot messy sandwich which is difficult to eat, lacking in flavour and my filling was tepid.
As I remember there were 3 vegan filling options which were all quite vegetably. It's basically stew in a hollowed out, very crusty half loaf. There was a rambly culinary mission statement on the front door but it felt like a lot of noise about an unremarkable item. Perhaps had there been smaller, less bulky and dry, tapas-sized options with a base which more resembled pizza, perhaps with vegan cheese/ mock meat options and more flavour, I would have enjoyed it more.
Pros: Good location
