Great pizza - Edit
I ordered the Athena pizza with vegan cheese, which was very good. Plenty of vegan options that are clearly marked. Also the menu was good with indicating anything with nuts; which was great for someone in the group. I'll definitely go there again.

Delicious - Edit
They can make any of their pizzas vegan with their tasty vegan cheese. I especially love the Pizza Athena. They also have a couple vegan marked bowls and sandwiches. Tons of options

Very well marked menu - Edit
I enjoyed this enough for dinner at another location that I had lunch here the next day. I loved that the vegan and vegan upon request options were marked very clearly. I had a half hoagie with a side salad from the lunch special menu. The vegan muffuletta was fabulous, and the tahini dressing on the salad paired well.

Pizza & weekend brunch - Edit
Love the house-made vegan cheese! The wild mushroom pizza was good, very sparse on the wild mushrooms though. Luckily I had just been to the farmers market and could add my own wild mushrooms.
Read moreIt’s a fun place to have weekend brunch. Not overly crowded and offers several tasty vegan options, including a vegan hollandaise! The tomato Florentine is VERY salty and saucy, but good. For a slightly healthier seeming option, the tofu scramble is satisfying.
Pros: Vegan friendly , Great service, Fun for brunch & no wait
Cons: So salty

Fantastic pizzas and Italian dishes - Edit
This is the location where I went 3 times while visiting, but since it's a chain, I don't believe it matters which Pizza Luce you try. Take a look at their menu. Pick something, and either go there or have it delivered. You'll love it. Vegan pizza options and vegan meals and new ideas like pizza breakfast scramble - all great.
Read moreUnfortunately, Happy Cow doesn't allow 5 stars for a restaurant that's not all vegan. Most of the time, I would agree with that, but this place deserves more for the vegan food. Maybe they should divide the restaurant in two.

old reliable - Edit
Pizza Luce is awesome! I go to this location most frequently but all locations are great. Free delivery if you’re in their area, they have a lot of locations so they have a wide delivery radius. Tons of clearly labeled vegan options, and lots of good beer on tap. They have daiya and their own homemade “rinotta” nut cheese. They have a killer brunch too, the tomato Florentine is delicious. Yummy seasonal specials that change frequently. Pizza Athena is probably my most ordered, followed by the mock muffuletta sandwich. The wild mushroom arugula is also great!

better brunch - Edit
Have been to Franklin Ave Pizza Lice several times for weekend brunch and have been happy with the meal. THere are many options for vegan/vegetarians, and I like the Bloody Mary bar.. Would definitely recommend this place to others!

rinotta pizza! - Edit
We love their vegan rinotta cheese pizza (it is their homemade dairy free cheese). It has almost a spicy flavor to it and you can get it gluten free or with standard crust. I recommend keeping it simple and ordering the rinotta without any other toppings (besides the tomato sauce) so that you can taste all of the flavors of the rinotta. It is a fun treat! Pizza Luce also does a great job with providing vegan and vegetarian options overall.

Vegan pizza and Sammies! - Edit
This is your place if you're looking for Italian food with solid cheese/meat substitutes. Great for groups, something for everybody. Vegan clearly marked on menu.
Read moreCall me gluttonous, but I ask for BOTH vegan cheeses (daiya house made rinotta) on my pizza - The Fire Breathing Dragon (jerk tofu!!) or Athena are the best. Also love the Dijon Mock Chicken Hoagie, requested vegan.
Be sure to check their seasonal specials!
